An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Contact top military leadership and ask them to stop Elon Musk's attempted coup

Elon Musk and his United States DOGE Service are illegally accessing numerous federal government systems, including the treasury payment system that sends Federal payments, in what appears to be an effort to take extralegal control of federal agencies. I see this as an attempted coup that, if successful, strips you of many of your legislative powers. A Washington Post article published today at 9:48 am indicated that Elon Musk is attempting to obtain access to US treasury payment systems operated by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. These systems perform payments of of more than $6 trillion annually to distribute federal funds for all types of federal spending. It appears this is may be an attempt to impede federal spending by blocking disbursement of funds. According to an article in Reuters News published today at 2:21 PM, Elon Musk's aides have locked career civil servants out of the computer systems that contain the personal data of millions of federal employees. Please consider contacting top military and national guard officers and warning them of this possible coup in progress before it is too late.
