I am FURIOUS. Why do you HATE America? SHAME ON YOU for approving the worse AG in American history. Yes, Blanche rescinded his order implementing the fund BUT HE DID NOT REPEAL the settlement agreement that creates the fund and authorizes the payments. Now you MUST introduce legislation that both repeals the settlement agreement and prohibits payments.
