Please call on Justice Clarence Thomas to recuse himself from cases that present potential conflicts of interest. He is clearly corrupted by big money special interests, and frankly should be impeached. If he was a Judge in ANY other federal court, he would be in violation of ethics statutes.
Specifically, Thomas's participation in cases linked to the Koch network should NOT be allowed. His attendance at two annual donor summits organized by this network, in 2008 and 2018, raises serious ethical questions. The Koch network has brought several cases before the Supreme Court, and their advocacy groups will continue to bring cases. It is critical that Justice Thomas recuse himself from cases involving his supporters. This action would uphold the principle of impartiality, a cornerstone of our justice system.
