Censure JD Vance for inciting terrorism

The Senate needs to censure JD Vance. He has been baselessly attacking his own constituents with racist tropes intended to whip up anti-inmigrant sentiment. He knows the attacks are false and leading to bomb threats and other forms of terrorism against the Haitian community, but has continued anyway. The Senate must condemn this behavior.
