Protect Social Security—America’s Future Depends on It

I am writing to express my deep concern about any attempts to dismantle or weaken the Social Security Administration. As you know, Social Security is a lifeline for millions of Americans, including the elderly and disabled. If it were to be removed or significantly altered, the consequences would be devastating—not just for these vulnerable populations, but for the stability of our entire nation. I urge you to stand firm against any efforts by the President or other entities, such as DOGE, that seek to dismantle or privatize Social Security. Millions of hardworking Americans have paid into this program with the promise that they will have financial security in their later years. If that promise is broken, it will lead to widespread economic instability, increased poverty, and a crisis that our nation cannot afford. Please do everything in your power to protect Social Security and ensure that it remains a strong, sustainable program for generations to come.
