Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution, the very document to which you have sworn allegiance, clearly states that the power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises - which includes all tariffs - is solely within the power of the Congress, solely in the Legislative Branch - why are you completely abdicating your responsibilities and duties as a Senator? Why? Why aren't you standing up to someone who is taking your power away? Are you such a vast coward that you are afraid to do your job?
