Your legacy could be one of integrity, inspiration, and fine public works for the people who elected you. Now, your legacy will simply be the ignoble appeasement of Donald Trump, whom history will judge with contempt. How you can remain silent in the face of all he has done, compromising your own legacy and integrity, is beyond the comprehension of many of us. This is a man we know you do not respect, like, or want in office. But now, with the total disgrace of your silence, your legacy is solely tied to him. How does that make you feel, Senator? You had a chance to do it very differently. Don’t think we will ever forget. These are YOUR actions and inactions, that we’ve witnessed in dismay. Shame on you, Senator, especially since the shame did not have to land on you - you had a choice.
