I demand direct answers to the following: 1 Criminal Prosecution for Tampering: What statutes will be enforced to immediately investigate and criminally prosecute any federal or third-party actor who attempts to tamper with, alter, or seize a single cast ballot in California? 2 Accountability for Refusal to Certify: What legal mechanisms and criminal penalties will be used against any federal or state official who attempts to deny lawful election results or refuses to certify duly cast ballots? 3 Chain of Custody: How is California ensuring local officials maintain exclusive, uncompromised custody over all ballots and tally systems? 4 Interstate Defense: How are you coordinating with other state legislatures to defend state-level authority against federal overreach? To be blunt: do not even think about doing Donald Trump’s bidding, folding to partisan pressure, or allowing anyone to steal our elections. Your oath is to the Constitution, not a man or a party. Enforce the law, protect our votes, and ensure the certified results stand.
