I am writing today to urge to you to OPPOSE the legislation known as KOSA. This bill is fatally flawed. It will NOT protect children. It will create a surveillance condition for internet users, especially LGBT community members. It can easily be manipulated for harassment and discrimination. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BILL.
