Enact Amedment 14, Article 3

Despite the lack of a conviction in Trump's impeachment, the majority vote clearly shows his guilt. I am asking you to enact Section 3 of the 14th amendment to bar Trump from holding public office. His unconstitutional behavior throughout his presidency and vocal support of the coup attempt (remember him telling them on national television "we love you"?) prove he does not respect the rule of law. His repeated lies about the election and refusal to peacefully transfer power prove that he does not respect the democratic process or the votes of his constituents. He should never again be allowed to hold power in this country.
