As a homeowner from El Dorado Hills who would like to add solar panels to my home, the CPUC‘s latest rooftop solar proposal is too extreme. It will discourage me any many property owners like me from living more sustainably. California should be doing more not less to promote rooftop solar. Please say no to this profit grab by the utilities and yes to helping millions of working and middle class Californians install solar.
