Concerns Over Musk’s Influence, Security Risks, and Foreign Government Ties

I am writing to express my concerns regarding Elon Musk’s growing influence over federal policy under President Trump. While Trump remains the elected leader, Musk has gained significant power, particularly in cutting federal programs, slashing bureaucracy, and reshaping key government functions. Musk, not the president,not Congress and not the Senate is making all the decisions. Musk’s influence has extended so far that he will be by Trump’s side at today’s cabinet meeting, further solidifying his role in shaping U.S. policy. Showing the world that Trump is just a puppet leader under the influence of Musk who has ties to other Russia, Germany, China and other countries. Musk’s actions, especially his involvement in reducing federal technology programs, have caused skilled federal workers to resign, weakening the security of our critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Additionally, Musk’s ties to foreign governments, including those in China and Russia, create potential conflicts of interest, exposing American data and security to foreign influence. This blending of private sector interests with public responsibility threatens national security and the privacy of American citizens. Many of the administration’s actions have already been halted due to constitutional concerns, and the instability created by these changes risks further undermining government functions. I urge you to closely scrutinize Musk’s involvement today in federal policy decisions and ensure that the government remains accountable to the people, not private interests—especially those linked to foreign powers.
