Banning transgender Texans from updating their IDs is an unnecessary, cruel overreach. Courts have long upheld the right to accurate legal documents, and your interference puts people at risk of harassment, job discrimination, and even danger in daily life (Dallas News, March 2025). This is government control at its worst—hurting innocent Texans for political gain. Stop making life harder for our transgender neighbors. Focus on real issues like healthcare, infrastructure, and education. Trans Texans deserve dignity and legal recognition like everyone else (AP News, March 2025). Mind your own business and start serving all Texans, not just the ones who fit your narrow worldview.
