An open letter to the U.S. Senate

Stop the GOP Budget

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I'm deeply concerned about the proposed cuts to Medicaid and food stamps that would harm vulnerable Americans, while simultaneously providing massive tax giveaways to the wealthiest individuals. I understand that Senate Democrats now have a powerful tool through the Congressional Review Act to block this bill. I want to know what specific steps you are taking to oppose these cuts and prevent this wealth transfer to billionaires. Will you commit to using every procedural method available to stop this harmful legislation?
