An open letter to the President & U.S. Congress

Release the Epstein Files — Full Transparency Now

32 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

Last year, Congress passed a mandate requiring the full release of the Epstein Files. Not a request. Not a gesture. A mandate backed by the authority of law. Yet more than three million pages tied to one of the most grotesque sex-trafficking operations in modern American history remain concealed from the American people. Why? Who is being shielded? Jeffrey Epstein did not operate in isolation. The scale, duration, and brazenness of his crimes make that impossible to believe. Survivors have pleaded for truth. The public has demanded accountability. Congress itself ordered disclosure. And still, the stonewalling continues — buried under delays, excuses, and bureaucratic evasions. Let’s be honest about what this looks like. This is not “process.” This is not “review.” This is not “caution.” This is obstruction. Every day these files remain hidden deepens the perception that justice in America is conditional — that power insulates, that wealth protects, that political connections outweigh the suffering of victims. It signals that laws passed with fanfare can be quietly ignored when they become inconvenient. It tells survivors that their trauma is negotiable. That is intolerable. President Trump, you pledged to “drain the swamp.” Congress, you claim to defend the rule of law. Those words mean nothing while legally mandated disclosures are withheld in a case involving systemic abuse, trafficking, and the exploitation of minors. If a congressional mandate can be disregarded without consequence, then what faith should Americans place in any law? If perpetrators or enablers are being protected because of status or influence, then this government is failing its most basic moral responsibility. The American people are not naïve. We see the delays. We hear the silence. We recognize deflection when we witness it. Enough. Release every page of the Epstein Files immediately. No reputation-saving redactions. No selective transparency. No political filtering. No further delay. Full disclosure. Full accountability. Full truth. Anything less is not neutrality — it is complicity. We demand answers. We demand transparency. We demand justice. Now.
