An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Signal chat group members must resign!

54 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!

The actions of Waltz, Hegseth, and others who participated in the unsecured Signal group chats related to the Houthi crisis jeopardized national security protocols. The use of insecure communication channels like Signal and Gmail for sensitive discussions is wholly unacceptable, especially after years of Republican criticism over Hillary Clinton's email practices. Those involved demonstrated a blatant disregard for safeguarding classified information, undermining public trust. Resignation from their positions is warranted given this severe breach of responsibility in handling sensitive matters vital to national interests. Their conduct raises serious concerns about their ability to properly manage confidential data entrusted to them.
