Today I’m writing to encourage you and Congress to investigate Leland Dudek, a career employee at the Social Security Administration who provided unauthorized access to data to Elon Musk’s staffers. He was recently promoted to acting commissioner by Trump. The Trump administration is rewarding those who break the law with personal gain. All individuals should be held accountable by calling them out by name when they violate the law.
