Release the Epstein Files Now — Follow the Law and Deliver Justice

I am writing to demand immediate action: release the full Epstein files and pursue justice for every survivor. You already acted. In December, Congress took steps to ensure transparency around these records. That commitment must not sit on paper while critical evidence remains hidden. Passing a law is meaningless if you do not follow through. The American people expect enforcement, not excuses. Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse—and the broader network that enabled it—have waited far too long. Many have already endured years of delay, deflection, and silence from institutions that should have protected them. Every day these files remain unreleased is another day you fail them. This is not complicated: Release all remaining Epstein-related files, without unnecessary delay or shielding. Provide a clear accounting of any material still withheld and the legal basis for doing so. Ensure full, independent investigations into every individual implicated. Prosecute those responsible—no matter their wealth, power, or political connections. The continued secrecy raises a serious and unavoidable question: who is being protected, and why? Justice cannot exist behind closed doors. If there are names, evidence, or networks still concealed, then justice is being actively obstructed. That is unacceptable in a country that claims to uphold the rule of law. This is not partisan. It is moral. It is legal. And it is urgent. You were elected to serve the public and uphold the law—not to allow powerful abusers to escape accountability. Follow through on what Congress has already set in motion. Release the files. Stand with survivors. Do your job. Anything less is a failure of duty.
