Stop attacks on LGBTQ Community

I understand that House Republicans struck three Democratic projects that would provide services to the LGBTQ community during Tuesday’s fiscal 2024 Transportation-HUD Appropriations markup. Such attacks on the LGBTQ community are part of a growing pattern in the Republican Caucus, and I want to make sure the Congressmember knows that I’m disgusted by it. These attacks are meanspirited, divisive, and cause real injuries to vulnerable c ommunities. Any politician who votes for them will lose my vote permanently. We need to stop the attacks and pass the EQUALITY Act now.
