Trump just promised ten billion dollars to his "peace board". WHERE is this money coming from? The Constitution gives Congress the power of appropriations. The President has no power to pilfer from the treasury for private projects. Zero. What Trump is doing is ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This is an abuse of power. Please let me know what you intend to do, as a member of Congress, to prevent this. It does not matter whether the President grabs money for a peace board or a gold toilet. He's stealing and breaking the law. You are obliged to support and defend the constitution. The president is supposed to uphold the constitution as well. Please, Condemn this: hold hearings; investigate to ascertain where this illegal and unaccounted for sum is coming from. Stop the theft. BRING CONSEQUENCES.
