An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Protect the public from unconstitutional Administration attacks

13 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

Senator Alex Padilla of California was just forcibly arrested for trying to ask Kristi Noem a question at a press conference. It’s no wonder Noem was afraid to answer the Senator’s questions. This arrest adds to a flood of unconstitutional behavior by the Administration, listed here in part: --Breaching Senator Padilla’s right to free speech --Arresting innocent citizens caught up in rash, quota-driven immigration raids --Failing to provide every detainee due process --Facilitating an Executive Branch power grab by lying that Los Angeles is rioting, to falsely justify mobilizing the U.S. Marine Corps against Angelenos --Threatening to meet protests related to the military parade on June 14 with “very big force” President Trump, in his oath of office, promised to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. If he continues to break this oath, Congress should remove him from office, with my full support.
