Demand for Reasons Why the NPS is Removing Slavery Historical Displays

I am writing to demand immediate answers and accountability regarding the documented removal and alteration of historic displays by the National Park Service that address slavery and its role in early American history. This is not speculation. This is not rumor. These removals are happening. The National Park Service exists to preserve and interpret our shared history—not to sanitize it, erase it, or make it more comfortable for political convenience.
