Demand for Full Enforcement of the Hatch Act Violations

Federal employees who used official email, websites, or voicemail for political messages have violated the Hatch Act. These actions betray public trust and break the law meant to keep government service nonpartisan. We demand that the Office of Special Counsel and Congress enforce penalties to the fullest extent allowed. Remove, fine, or suspend anyone found guilty—no exceptions, no delays. The law must apply equally to all, regardless of position or party. Accountability is not optional in a democracy.
