An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Make NIH Submissions to the Federal Register Possible So Funding Can Resume

Congress must permit immediate submission of NIH submissions to the Federal Register. Trump and Musk’s associates are attempting a bureaucratic workaround to a court order that requires the resumption of NIH funding. The court ordered that NIH grant funding be unfrozen, but The Regime found a way to circumvent it. For NIH grants to be funded, a review panel must rank them. In order for a review panel to convene, they must post their meeting details on the Federal Register. Regrettably, submissions to the Federal Register are now on hold indefinitely. I hope you understand the significant impact of NIH funding on our economy and the devastating consequences of interrupting NIH research on health, medical, and scientific advancements, as well as the economy. I trust that you will take the most expedient and robust action possible to ensure that NIH submissions to the Federal Register can be made. Please let me know how you are proceeding with this matter.
