Demand Transparency on Air Force Two’s Use for Charlie Kirk

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

I am writing to strongly object to the use of Air Force Two to transport the remains of Charlie Kirk. Mr. Kirk was not a public servant, nor was he a member of the military. He was a private citizen and political commentator known for spreading racist and divisive propaganda. Taxpayer-funded aircraft should not be used to confer government honors on private propagandists. This action raises serious concerns about misuse of public resources, political favoritism, and precedent. If government aircraft are used to elevate partisan figures, what prevents similar use in the future for any politically connected individual? I ask that your office: • Seek full transparency on the costs incurred in this transport, • Determine what policies allowed this decision, and • Push for reforms to ensure taxpayer-funded resources are not used to honor private individuals outside of military or government service. This is about fairness, accountability, and maintaining public trust in how government resources are used.
