America's democratic foundations were a revolution against the tyranny of monarchy. Allowing one-person rule would eviscerate our republic and the freedoms we cherish. We must emphatically reject any attempt to crown an American king and stalwartly defend our system of checks and balances and free elections. The very survival of our democracy hangs in the balance. Do not permit power-hungry authoritarianism to fester on our soil. Resolutely uphold your sworn oath to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, at all costs.
