The facts contradict the administration's narrative. Trans people committed only 0.087% of mass shootings between 2013-2025, while 95% were committed by cisgender men. Trans people are over four times more likely to be victims of violent crime than perpetrators. The claim that 50% of school shooters are transgender is completely fabricated. Meanwhile, 97% of youth receiving "gender-affirming surgeries" are actually cisgender kids getting medically necessary procedures.
Anti-trans bills increased 668% between 2021 and 2025, with 125 harmful laws passed in 2025 alone. Bans on gender-affirming care demonstrably increase suicidal thoughts and deaths. Kansas is now forcing trans people to choose between outing themselves or losing their driver's licenses. Federal officials are calling trans people "domestic terrorists" and "a cancer."
Trans people make up 1.4% of the population and pose no threat. Defend their civil rights before this escalates further.
