An open letter to the U.S. Congress

ICE actions remind me of the 1930s in Germany.

8 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

I write to express grave concerns over the inhumane treatment of individuals by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), regardless of their immigration status. Reports from eyewitnesses indicate that in some instances, children have been left behind following enforcement actions, which is utterly unacceptable. All people deserve to be treated with basic human dignity and respect. Separating families and leaving minors unattended is a violation of fundamental rights and human decency. I urge you to thoroughly investigate these disturbing allegations and take immediate steps to ensure ICE adheres to ethical standards that protect the wellbeing and unity of families.
