US must halt weapons transfers enabling Israeli atrocities

The massacre of Palestinian civilians in Gaza is an unconscionable atrocity that independent human rights organizations have rightfully characterized as genocide. The United States must halt all weapons transfers enabling these crimes against humanity and use its immense leverage to force Israel to end its illegal occupation and systematic oppression of the Palestinian people. There can be no moral equivocation in confronting such grave violations of human rights and international law. Continuing to militarily reinforce an apartheid regime perpetrating massacres and ethnic cleansing is indefensible.
