The United States of America does not surrender in the face of tyranny. Its Congress, however, does. Yesterday, Sen Peter Welch stated, "This "war" in Iran was started with Executive overreach - Should it be now met with Congressional capitulation??” In case you were uncertain- the answer is NO.
