Stop the Republican budget bill

I urge you to defeat by filibuster or any other means the continuing resolution passed yesterday by the House Republicans. This CR would give the regime broad latitude to continue its executive coup, slashing jobs and funding at critical federal agencies and leaving Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid vulnerable. In the words of your House colleague Rep. McGovern, passing this CR would be ““basically a blank check to Trump and Musk that says, ‘Keep doing what you’re doing, we’re all fine with it.’” Thank you for your time and consideration.
