NOW ICE IS HOLDING AMERICAN CITIZENS
Do You Get It Yet?
23 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!
We warned you.
ICE has detained Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez—a U.S. citizen.
Born in Georgia. Social Security number. Birth certificate verified in court.
The judge confirmed his citizenship.
Yet he remains in jail.
No charges. No crime. No release.
This is what it looks like when due process dies.
And let’s be clear: Republicans encouraged this by giving Trump everything he wanted.
They lie to the people for him.
They’ve sold their souls to stay in his good graces.
And now—he’s jailing Americans.
You created the monster.
You fed it with fear, lies, cruelty, and cowardice.
You defended every abuse. You excused every violation.
You stacked courts, gutted oversight, and enabled a man who now sees American citizens as enemies of the state.
And now—even Senator Murkowski admits it:
“We are all afraid… Retaliation is real. And that’s not right.”
No, it’s not right.
It’s cowardly.
You’re afraid of a tweet.
Afraid of losing your seat.
Afraid of Trump turning on you.
Afraid of the monster you created—the king, the dictator.
But while you hide behind him, Americans are being arrested without due process and Trump is already pushing blame onto others and away from himself—
Are you ready to rot in jail or hell for him?
This is a test run.
Brown citizens first.
Then who?
The disabled?
The sterile?
The non–prosperity gospel Christian?
The teacher?
The LGBTQ community?
The people who fight for democracy?
What happens when Trump sends Juan to CECOT—
The same foreign prison where you are allowing USAID funds to be used to illegally torture, starve, and disappear human beings?
Will you shrug again?
Issue another “deeply concerned” statement?
Make up more lies to cover Trump’s mistakes and ego?
If your fear is stronger than your oath, step down.
Because history won’t forget who let democracy bleed out for the sake of their reelection.
Pick a side. Now.
Will you be the one who stopped it?
Or the one facing the repercussions of their evil deeds?
Because the Constitution isn’t dying quietly—
And neither are we.
