Right now in the United States of America, there are parents forgoing their breakfast so their children can eat. Worse, there are children whose parents have nothing left to give them. We have struggling families who must choose between household utilities and food. We have families who cannot seek healthcare because they cannot afford the bills. We have senior citizens calling into tv talk shows talking about their benefit cuts and their inability to eat. We have schools without pencils. Without books. Without teachers. Banks denying withdrawals. Multi million dollar corporations who don’t pay taxes. Leaders using private planes as their personal love shacks. Immigrants dying in filthy conditions in U.S. concentration camps. The list goes on and on, but please tell me more about celebrating 250 years of greatness by printing money with Trump’s signature on it? The human rights violations that you ignore are deaths on your watch.
