The Paul Walczak Bribe Pardon Scandal Must be Investigated

15 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

President Trump’s pardon of Paul Walczak, who stole over $7 million in payroll taxes and evaded another $10 million from the IRS, is a disgrace. Walczak used the money for luxury items and was sentenced to 18 months, ordered to pay $4.4 million in restitution, but the pardon erased his accountability. This was taxpayer money intended for Social Security and Medicare. Pardoning someone who defrauded the public sends a troubling message: if you're well-connected, you're above the law. Walczak’s mother attended a $1 million Mar-a-Lago fundraiser days before the pardon. Congress must investigate this to restore public trust and ensure accountability.
