Convene Special Commission to Investigate High Level Election Interference

Once the midterm elections are over I urge you in the strongest possible terms to convene a Congressional Oversight and Joint Commission to investigate the coordinated campaign to undermine American elections.
I’m not talking about the myth of voter fraud, I’m talking about billionaires and industry damaging and influence peddling or using outright bribes to warp our elections in many states We know it’s an organized, well-funded operation, and only these billionaires and wealthy corporations have the money to do this damage, not ‘we the people’.
The RNC, working at the direction of moneyed special interests such as the fossil fuel, big agriculture and straight up anti-democratic billionaires, has filed many lawsuits across 23 states, recruited poll watchers under a fraud myth banner, and installed election deniers on state boards who are rewriting certification rules weeks before votes are counted.
They’re also continuously threatening using armed thugs from ICE at polling stations to keep turnout low.
This isn't oversight. It's sabotage. It’s illegal and un-Constitutional.
We need the Commission on Election Sabotage to force the Trump Justice Department to prosecute officials who refuse to certify lawful results.
Since 2020, officials in eight states have refused certification at least 20 times. In Arizona, Cochise County supervisors were indicted for it.
That accountability needs to be the rule, not the exception. Groups like True the Vote and United Sovereign Americans are flooding election offices with baseless challenges — half a million registrations contested in over 1,000 counties — deliberately overwhelming staff and disenfranchising legal voters, disproportionately people of color.
That's voter suppression, and it's prosecutable.
The Commission must also look into how these extreme right interests are causing election workers in key states are being harassed out of their jobs.
Thirty-eight percent report threats or abuse.
Schools are refusing to host polling places because of intimidation.
The people running our elections deserve protection, and the people threatening them deserve consequences.
Use every tool available — federal civil rights law, DOJ enforcement, and public accountability — to stop this assault on democracy from going further.
I urge you to convene a special commission at the earliest opportunity. Thank you.
