Dont fund RTP from transportation funds

SAY NO TO THE SENATE RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM FULL FUNDING ACT I support funding for Recreational Trails (with greater accountability as Ak funding has violated program terms), but this bill, and the rhetoric behind it, does more harm than good. It undermines both the main funding source for bicycling and pedestrian infrastructure and it uses rhetoric that threatens the eligibility of bike infrastructure for ANY federal funding. Congress needs to recognize that non-motorist should have full access to transportation assets, and their interests are not just “recreational”!
