Take out AI provisions from the budget bill

I understand that in Trump's 's budget Bill, there is a provision that would prohibit States from regulating AI for 10 years. First, I thought the only provisions allowed in the bill had to be budget provisions. This one is not and so does not belong in the bill. Not only that, but this indicates a giveaway to billionaires in the tech industry during the crucial early years of the development of and what should be regulation of AI. Please make sure that this provision is stripped from this bill. AI needs careful consideration and regulation to prevent it from totally disrupting our economy and jobs, as well as confronting the American public with deep fakes, more false news and analysis and invites the American public to ascribe truth to AI generated content that may very well not be true or accurate. This bill has tons of horrible things in it, but this is one of the worst!
