Rein in ICE now. Do oversight. Stop the extrajudicial abuse.

I am beyond alarmed at the reports of ICE's escalating violence and actions outside the law. ICE dragging out and detaining an unconscious woman. ICE apprehending and injuring David Huerta. ICE zip tying children. Capturing a high school honor student guilty of no crime. Ambushing people at immigration hearings. ICE agents masked and without identification. ICE prisons overcrowded with brutal treatment. ICE capturing innocent citizens. ICE snatching mothers, removing them from the US, from their nursing infants. ICE preventing gravely ill children from getting life saving treatment. ICE complicit in severe human rights violations. ICE agents doing the very thing that aged Nazis are still being tried and arrested for. None of this makes America great or safe. It makes the U.S. and international pariah. None of this solves immigration problems. It's time to do congressional oversight on ICE and its private prison contractors. You must do oversight and rein in this lawless terror.
