An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Passports to vote need to be free

3 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

The requirement for passports to vote is unconstitutional and illegal unless passports are FREE of charge to all U.S. citizens. The requirement for anything that requires citizens to PAY to vote is also discriminatory against anyone that can't afford the EXPENSE of a U.S. passport!
