THE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SPEAK

Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas. Wow. Excited to see on the nightly news that there are still politicians ready to stand up for what they believe. To take chances with their political careers. To do everything they can to reflect the will of not only the constituents they serve, but the majority of America. I’m talking about the Texas Democrats leaving the state rather than give the Republican legislature a victory no one wants. What we do want is to make voting easier, not harder. We want the ballot box to be the decider as to who gets to lead our state and our country. Not dirty tricks. So maybe y’all should focus on actual important issues. Like making sure our electric grid is ready for the next weather crisis. Or try and figure out how to help our citizens from killing each other. Or really anything else that might actually help your constituents. And save the rabble rousing for the campaign trail. Go Democrats!
