The military allows women to be killed

I call on you to investigate Fort Hood and all other military installations where where women are dying! Two more dead army women have turned up in Texas. This must be stopped!. I am demanding that you shut down these bases where women and men are being abused because command has turned a blind eye to abuse. No excuses. No probation. These bases must be shut down immediately. Send a message to the rest of the military that command has to be responsible and face punishment. The Pentagon has shown that it cannot deal with the problem. Congress allowed them to take responsibility but they have failed!
