Here's the letter body: A fetus is not and should not be deemed a whole human person with full legal rights from conception. Granting personhood to fetuses from the moment of fertilization would revoke fundamental rights and infringe on personal autonomy. We must enact laws based on scientific evidence, not subjective ideology that imposes on individual liberties. REJECT H.R.722!!
