It is time and past time for a bill to make it federal law to give the right to vote by mail to all citizens in all states. Everybody of voting age must be automatically registered. There must be no exception for " we don't like your name because you might be Hispanic or black". Everybody should be automatically registered to vote as soon as they reach voting age.
