Fix Florida’s Unemployment System

Florida’s Unemployment System is broken and not working for Florida’s families. Hundreds of thousands of Floridians have filed for unemployment benefits in the past month and many have heard nothing regarding their claim or have received no financial assistance from the State. Floridians are continuing to suffer needless economic hardship. 1.5 million Floridians have filed for unemployment assistance during these difficult times, yet only 40,000 have received any payments. We must do more. As a Floridian and a voting constituent, I am urging you to please take swift action to fix our Unemployment System.
