Stay locked down, stay safe and keep others safe.

It is dangerous and irresponsible for the government to end the lockdown. America was way to late in its response to the virus and that has had lasting effects. Other countries took care of things without a lockdown by constantly testing every one, something that the US never did. Until America is constantly testing everyone there should be no end to the lockdown. To many people in outvcountry are to sick and to likely to spread the virus. Me getting sick while out of the house will not just effect me it will likely effect my neighbors who I am regularly passing in the halls of my small apartment building. I want to get back to work but I don’t want to get sick which would cause me pain and cause others to get sick. In this way ending the lockdown would hurt me and every other American, physically, mentally and financially more than continuing to be quarantined. Getting back to ‘ business as usual’ is not what America needs right now.
