An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Continue Asking for Witnesses and Evidence

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

Today I'm writing to you to continue to pose questions, especially in earshot of the presiding Chief Justice: Where are the witnesses? Where is the exonerating evidence? Is the defense mounting a case at all? If not, the Chief Justice ought to simply ask those questions. He doesn't have to demand witnesses -- he won't, that's not who or what he is -- just ask the questions. In an actual trial it is the job of the presiding judge to coach the jury when one side presents no defense. Is it not? Thank you for your efforts in this crucial matter.
