Nation is Only a Democratic Republic If We Can Keep It

The Corona virus has brought out the good and bad in people. Make no mistake, Americans are watching to see. My concern today is regarding the stimulus package. The removal of effective, honest, public servants, like the Inspector General overseeing the stimulus funds is unwarranted and suspicious. Nothing this president does seems to be for America, but rather for himself and his gang. More so, his dismissal of Michael Atkinson is a blatant act of retaliation against someone who was doing his job for the protection of our great country. Further, administrators who are "acting" officials should not serve unending, just because they would not pass scrutiny of the Senate or other vetting. Our democracy is at stake. Lastly, why are people risking their lives to vote? Ad our representatives, I implore you to develop Vote-by-mail or whatever it takes to keep our nation a free democratic republic.
