Senate must pass vote by mail in an age of pandemic

The house has just passed a covid19 relief bill that has in it monies to enable vote by mail. Vote by mail has been used in Colorado for years successfully without fraud without errors without problems. It is time that that system be made available nationwide. It is totally irresponsible in an age of pandemic for us to force people to make a choice between their own health and perhaps even their own lives and their rights to their free exercise of voting. The Senate must pass legislation containing the vote by mail monies that the house put in.
