I urge you to publicly voice your opposition to Judge Barrett as a future Justice to the SCOTUS. The Law & Crime article, “5,000 Lawyers Join the ‘Legal Arm of the #Resistance’ in ‘Largest Known’ Condemnation of Amy Coney Barrett’s ‘Sham’ Nomination,” 10/9/20, makes clear how dangerous she is to America: […] “Judge Barrett has an extreme ideology, and we have grave concerns that, if confirmed, she will erode critical rights and legal protections for millions of Americans,” the letter said. “For example, since Roe v. Wade, women in the United States have had the constitutional right to an abortion. This is especially egregious while we’re in the middle of the Trump Pandemic during which he has mismanaged the govt’s COVID response giving the US a per capital death rate 7700% greater than South Korea’s. Please publicly pledge to vote against Judge Barrett (especially since she shouldn’t even be considered until after the inauguration given the #McConnellRule). Following Mitch McConnell, let the voters decide the next justice.
