Manchester Aldermen Misconduct & City Resident Calls to Action

Thank you for your recent support of peaceful protest in Manchester. I am worried because my city’s elected leadership are not listening to us with the same respect and empathy that you have modeled. I call upon each Manchester NH Alderman to publicly affirm their commitment to this city as a community. I call upon each Manchester NH Alderman to publicly affirm their commitment to listen with respect and dignity. I call upon Manchester NH Alderman-At-Large Mr. Joseph Kelly Levasseur to resign from his position as elected official. I call upon Manchester NH Alderman-At-Large Mr. Joseph Kelly Levasseur to submit formal apology to the people of Manchester.    - Levasseur knowingly disseminated unverified threats to our city on Facebook. - Levasseur then encouraged and promoted hateful rhetoric. I additionally urge Mr. Levasseur to personally verify his sources before sharing negative, violent, or hateful rhetoric and/or content in online forums. I call upon Manchester NH Alderman (Ward 8) Mr. Michael Porter to resign from elected position. I call upon Manchester NH Alderman (Ward 8) Mr. Michael Porter to submit formal apology to the people of Manchester.    - Porter called to silence peaceful protesters with a “big old plow truck”. - Porter encouraged and promoted hateful rhetoric. I call upon Manchester NH Alderman (Ward 8) Mr. Michael Porter recuse himself from his role on the ‘Community Improvement’ Board.
